Jim Rice

The power hitting left fielder Jim Rice, would spend his entire career with the Boston Red sox, putting up numbers so great it earned him the right to be elected into the MLB hall of fame in 2009.  The 8x All-Star, 1978 AL MVP, 2x Silver Slugger, 3x AL home run leader, and 2x AL RBI leader, would go down as one of the best Red Sox players of all time.  The Red Sox reitred his number 14 and inducted him into the Boston Red Sox hall of fame.  All thanks to his .298 career average, 2,452 hits, 382 home runs and 1,451 RBIs, that still stand as Red Sox righty hitter records today.
